Do you have an outreach for women who do not have access to care due to lack of healthcare insurance?

01:04:43
Such powerful people! Thank you so much for sharing your journeys and being advocates for gynecologic cancer awareness! Thank you to Dr. Nair, Dr. Jernigan, Dr. Castellano, and the department for all you do for the community!

01:04:53
How do you make screening more accessible and affordable? I know that diagnostics exams are expensive. I share a similar story of having abdominal pain being dismissed and as a nurse having the autonomy to seek out other providers found that it was a bleeding hemorrhagic cyst. (two). How can we ensure that vulnerable populations (women of color, poverty) know about symptoms and screening frequencies when they often don't get well-woman appointments because they can't afford them?

01:06:48
For our survivors: what have you learned along the way that you wish had known prior to your diagnosis? And what do you tell your family/friends when trying to educate them on your cancer/screening?
